Homeschool Sewing Basics
This class is a 10 week course, with the option of going to an extra week if necessary to complete projects, or weather circumstances. In this class you will learn the basics of a sewing machine and how it works, as well as fabric selection and pattern reading. Student should have an understanding of fractions and measurements before taking class. Projects covered will be a pillowcase, a tote bag, a zipper pouch and pajama pants.
This course is designed for students to attend once a week for a 3 hour class, for 10 weeks. Starting September 8th-Nov 10th, 2026. Students must be 12 yrs of age or older.
Class fees are non-refundable. Sign up for class and save 10% on supplies needed for class.
